摘要

目的 综述近年来茶树油的研究进展,旨在为将其开发成为天然抗菌剂提供参考。方法 根据国内外相关文献,就茶树油的提取工艺、化学成分、抗菌活性研究、耐药性、临床应用及其不良反应等方面进行综述。结果 茶树油质量可控、抗菌谱广、高效低毒、临床应用广泛。结论 茶树油是一种市场前景广阔的天然抗菌剂。

Abstract

To review the recent progress in studies on tea tree oil, thus to promote the development of tea tree oil as a natural antimicrobial agent. METHODS Studies on the oil extraction process, composition, antimicrobial activity, resistance, clinical efficacy, and untoward reactions of tea tree oil were summarized. RESULTS Tea tree oil is stable in quality and has wide antimicrobial spectrum, high efficacy, low toxicity, and numerous clinical applications.CONCLUSION Tea tree oil is a promising natural antimicrobial agent.
